The Black Dragon Lair is a labyrinth system that has 3 floors and on one of these floors resides an extremely strong boss, the Black dragon.
The first floor is like a maze. It can be accessed via Summer Island, at a portal located at 3430,3290. As the portal is located a little far from spawn and there are many strong monsters in the way, you may need help to get there.

On the first floor you will need to drop 3 items to access the 2nd floor.

With those 3 items in hand, you can talk with the Guardian Statue at 848,249 in Bd lair 1. (Keep in mind that you need Language Barrier quest in order to talk with this npc)

The only mob in Bd lair 2f is the Black Dragon.
The black dragon is one of the strongest and most valuable bosses in Pirates Online.
When the Black Dragon's HP is reduced by 25%, 8 chests will appear around it.

High AoE damge
Summon 4 baby black dragons
Stun.
Decrease your max attack to 1 (you can remove this debuff with recover)
Massive single target damage
You need a good teamwork in order to do this boss.
