Players can obtain the belts from the Burned King Plant boss at dream.

We have 4 types of belts: Str, Con, Spr, and Acc. Each one comes with a bonus already at +3. You can enhance the remaining stats using power stones. The maximum increase for these bonus is 8, while the initial status that comes with the item can be upgraded up to +11.
To increase the stats of your Handguard/Belt you have to use a Power Stone based on the stat you want to level up by double clicking the Power Stone and clicking on the Handguard/Belt. Every power stone has a 35% (30% for belts) chance to success and every stat can be increased up to level 8.
You can exchange x5 Broken Power Stones from the Darkness Researcher NPC at 2200,2707 for a Power Stone Chest. It will give you a random Power Stone of any stat.
