Seal Master

A seal master is nothing more than a combat trained herbalist.

When I made this guide, the SM Support builds were ridiculous, based on Buffs Heal 10 and Intense Magic to Buff BCs and Voys ... Today they have undergone modifications and are interesting.

You were born and grew up thinking about fighting evil, and then you learned the skills necessary to do so, skills that will make your enemies immobile, inactive, slow and without any defense against your powerful Spiritual Bolts.

And these skills are as follows:

Your Herbalist Skills Your Seal Master Skills

Heal

* It is not one of the powerful skills that will shake your opponents, but it will be of help ... when the going gets tough and you need to recover HP quickly.

Divine Grace

* Increases SP recovery, which is somewhat useful for incessant battles or PVP, but it is not essential. Being a prerequisite for the other SM skills, 2 points on it.

Spiritual Bolt

* This ability will make your opponent's HP fall so fast that he won't even notice what hit him! This skill must be maximized, for obvious reasons, you are a seal master, you must seal and kill, and fast.

True Sight

* Creates an area that detects hidden enemies (Crusaders with Stealth). Joker in PVP against crusaders, add 3 points as it is a prerequisite for the next SM skill.

Vigor

* It increases your SP stock, which will be of great use since you are constantly using SP with Sipiritual Bolt and seals, in addition to being a prerequisite to start the Seal Master skill tree. 8 points is enough, but you can maximize.

Cursed Fire

* Here the true skills of an SM begin. This ability decreases the opponent's defense based on the defense he already has. Very good against champions and convoys. Maximize.

Harden

* Buff that increases defense, you will not have it, but it is a prerequisite for Revive.

Shadow of Insignia

* Aha! This skill is the most functional after Seal of Elder. It allows you to disable your opponent's physical attack ability. It means? Minus 1 monster on the battlefield to drain your HP. It also reduces the target's hp every 2 seconds, the damage is done according to the character's spr, maximum damage of 400. Very good, maximize.

Recover

* Recover, restores negative statuses, such as stun and seals (minus Crusader stun). You will need 4 points here to enable Revive.

Seal of Elder

* Key against voyagers and other seal masters in PVP, also useful against ranged attack monsters, whose attack is considered a magic attack. It can cause stun for 3 seconds. Maximize before everyone else.

Revive

* It resurrects a dead character, it doesn't need more than lvl 1, when in parties this skill is very useful ... After all the show has to continue.

Abyss Mire

* Slows down the enemy's movement speed, useful to prevent that cute crusader or shaprshoter from running after you seal all types of moves. Abyss Target them and Spiritual Bolt. Voi'la. Dead.

Intense Magic

* Intense Magic, buff that increases magic attack, needs 1 Magical Clover to be used. This skill and Magical Clovers can be obtained from the Item Mall. There is a chance that a Magical Clover will not be consumed at higher levels.

Getting Started
Phyllis or Ami?

If you are vain and like clothes and hair, choose Phyllis. She has the best hairstyles and the most beautiful clothes, however, she doesn't "work" as well as Ami, who owns the CAP! which grants more Defense, essential for a good SM (did you feel the needles in Phyllis?).

"Well ...", you would say ... "Ami has a cap, but her shoe is not for defense, that makes Ami and Phyllis equivalent."

"Um ...", I would reply ... "of course .. if you are smart enough to buy NPC equipment, or" common "equipment when you reach level 50+ instead of buying CHESTS !!!"

Seal Master chests are the cheapest in the game, it is not even worth spending energy thinking about. Ami, period.

Attributes

In most guides they say to start pumping in SPR. I say the opposite, put SPR up to 20, and then another 20 of CON. Stop there and then start pumping SPR. Why?

Because at the level where you would start with CON, following the other guides, you would already be facing a difficult situation against MOBs. What would result in DEATH IN CERTA. Stressing, you don't have to do as I say.
So, in summary ...

SPR »20.
CON »30.
SPR »70 ~ 80.
CON »130.
SPR »130.
AGI »~~.

Pros/Cons:

Pros:
  • Very good at sealing/stunning enemies
  • Can heal themself or teammates
  • Often very tanky
  • Lots of useful debuff skills
Cons:
  • Can't hide
  • Vourable once all seal skills are used
  • Often little sp since it relies on mainly con
Skills

Let's make it very simple and clear: THE FOCUS IS YOUR SEALS. DO NOT PUT BUFFS OR MORE THAN 1 POINT IN HEAL UNTIL I SAY YOU CAN BOOT, IT'S USELESS FOR YOU AND YOU WILL BE A MEDIUM SEAL MASTER. (or put it .. it's not my SM at all ... * shrug *)
Why that? Come on! Are you an offensive Seal Master or a sheep that just chases after other party members healing and buffing?

You have to be bad, very bad. Be strong, be effective, be deadly.

Continuing ...

I will leave in a clear and noticeable way, how your Skills should be.

Your skills should look at least like this:

Spiritual Bolt - 10
Heal - 3
Recover - 4
Revive - 1
Stamina - 8

Divine Grace - 2
True Sight - 3
Shadow Insignia - 10
Seal of Elder - 10
Cursed Fire - 4
Abys Mire - 10
Intense Magic - 10

Equipment :

Seal Master's have a couple of equipments they can use to benefit them in battles.
Unseald equipments for seal masters is very bad, due to not giving enough essentinal stats. Seal Masters tend to rely on stats that gives lots of hp, con and spr. Therefore going Chaos argent equipment is often a smart call for seal master's as they give good stats. As for abit earlier than Chaos Argent equipments, the chest equipments, inca, engima, eva are often good pickups for early and budget friendly equipment builds. As for higher level, the black dragon torso and the bd wing is a very good pick for those who's able to get their hands on it. Along with a lv 70 frame glove you create a very good and lasting equipment stack for a seal matser for end-game.

As for weponds, the unsealds are the way to go for seal masters. They give the essentinal con and spr stats needed to be useful in fights.

Scaling:

Early game
: Early on Seal Masters will have a very hard time levling up, seal masters or herbalists in general are a type of class that often relies on parties when it comes to leveling. even their damage early on with spiritual bolt is frankly very low. And putting some points on spr to get extra damage for that early game grind for seal masters is often a very bad decision.

Mid game: This is where Seal master's get a little bit better. Not to say it gets a big leap, but the class itself gets to have their first starting sealing and debuff skills. This way they can seal monsters and lure them back and fourth to deal damage and run, and play the hit n run playstyle of a sharpshooter.

Late game: At this point, the seal master has unlocked all its skills, can equip a pretty good equipment types and that way they can control lots of situations. as for PvE the class is still not gona be the best due to its lack of damaging skills, and damage in general, but its sure a very helpful hand when it comes to boss fights and sealing bosses in general. same with PvP, a very good handful of help often comes from seal masters who aid their teamamtes in battle by sealing oponents and debuffing them.

Seal Masters in low level mazes:

Forsaken City.
- In Forsaken City, Seal Masters are a decent class, not the best, and thats because they haven't unlocked all their sealing skills yet, some might be at a very low level and some not fully unlocked yet, along with their equipment picks being very limited at this rate, makes the class a in-general big and easy target for oponents.

Dark Swamp. - In Dark Swamp on the other hand, seal master's gets to equip their chaos argent frames, unlocked all their sealing skills and levled them quite well up, this way they can build a tanky build and be able to seal and debuff enemies very well.
